Can you check my measurements before I order?
Yes, attach a sketch/photo with dimensions and we’ll confirm safe clearances for sink/hob/taps.
Do you deliver to my address?
We currently deliver within Finland. Availability and lead times show at checkout.
How long is the lead time?
Typical production + delivery is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No. All orders are custom-made from your configurator inputs and can’t be changed or canceled after purchase. Please double-check all measurements and options before checkout.
Is there a right of withdrawal (returns)?
No, made-to-measure items are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal. Transit damage or defects are handled under our policy.
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
Photograph packaging and item within 24–48h and contact us, we’ll remake or credit per our damage policy.
What finishes are available (Smooth / StalaTex)?
Worktops and splashbacks in Smooth or StalaTex® patterns. Samples/photos can be shared on request.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa/Mastercard/AmEx) and selected local options shown at checkout.
Do you provide installation?
No, supply only. We include guidance on fixing, sealing and handling.
Can you come and measure?
Not at the moment. We provide a measurement guide and can review your sketch/photos.
Can I order a splashback only?
Yes, specify height/width
How do I care for stainless (and StalaTex)?
Use mild detergent and a soft cloth; avoid abrasives/chlorine. Dry along the grain/texture.
