Home delivery - Typical lead time 10-13 business days

Custom stainless is made to order. We show your indicative lead time at checkout and confirm it by email after purchase. Deliveries are made as home delivery (curbside / first accessible point) with pre-notification from the carrier.

How delivery works

Production starts after successful payment. Your worktop/splashback is made to your configuration.
Packaging: palletised with edge & corner guards and a shock indicator.
Pre-notification: the carrier contacts you (SMS/phone/email) to schedule delivery.
Home delivery: curbside or first accessible point at your address (ground level unless agreed).

Tip: have two people available to receive heavy/long items. Stainless is rigid but edges must be protected.

Lead times & slots

Standard lead time is 10–13 business days. Rural/remote areas or special options may add time.

Public holidays and weather can affect routes. We’ll keep you posted if anything changes.

Receiving & inspection

Inspect packaging at delivery. Note visible damage on the driver’s handheld/POD.
Photograph any damage (packaging + item) immediately.
Hidden damage must be reported to us within 48 hours with photos.
Keep packaging until your case is assessed.

We remake or credit according to our transit damage policy. Custom items aren’t resellable — handle carefully.

If you miss the delivery

Carriers usually attempt once and offer re-booking.
Re-delivery or storage fees from the carrier may apply.
If an order returns uncollected, we pass on actual return freight & handling costs.

Access & stairs

Standard service is curbside/first door. Stairs, long carries or internal placement require prior agreement.
Please notify us of narrow access, gates, or construction zones before shipping.

Packaging & handling

Pallet base with edge/corner guards; shock indicator attached.
Unit is protected but should be stored flat and kept dry.
Two-person lift recommended for long panels; avoid bending.

Typical shipment dimensions

Pallet footprint: up to item length × 800–1000 mm
Height: item thickness + packaging (usually < 120 mm)
Weight: depends on size/thickness (ask if unsure)

If your building has size/weight limits for deliveries, tell us before shipping.

Shipping costs

We show the shipping cost at checkout based on your address and basket. Any surcharges (remote areas, special access) are displayed or confirmed before dispatch.

Address changes

Address changes after dispatch are subject to carrier fees and may delay delivery.
We can’t deliver to PO boxes or service points due to size/weight.

Returns & cancellations

All items are custom-made from your configurator inputs and cannot be changed or cancelled after purchase. There is no 14-day right of withdrawal for made-to-measure goods. Transit damage or non-conformities are handled under our policy and Swedish consumer law.
